How you use them
Start with a question and choose a system. Every action says what it costs before you ask for it, and your credits go with you from one reading to the next.
What you get without paying
- Charts and draws in all 5 systems
- 30 credits every day, which is a rewrite and a question of your own
- A short reading from the first system, which costs nothing
- Save the reading to your account and revisit it
Saved readings are free to revisit. You can delete them; retention follows our privacy policy.
Refunds
If the credits you bought are unspent, contact support for a full refund. Delivered readings and a membership period already started are normally not refunded for a change of mind. Duplicate charges, failure to provide the purchased service and any refund rights under applicable law are handled separately. Canceling membership stops future renewals and keeps access until the paid period ends; it does not itself request a refund. Failed or stopped answers give their credits back. Include your order number when contacting support; never send card details.
Who you are paying
Multifate is run by an individual operator based in Hong Kong. Payments are handled by Stripe in US dollars.
