How the Multifate preview handles conversations, calculations and account data.

Questions, results and account data
We process submitted questions, selected systems, calculation inputs and results, AI replies and summaries, decisions you write, relevant saved conversations, account and sign-in information, feedback, and technical records needed for access, usage and recovery. Ordinary conversation does not require birth data; a calculation system you select may require it. Anonymous access uses a browser credential and does not mean stored data has been anonymized.
Creating and saving system results
Creating a result in the main five-system flow sends and saves your question, the full input for that system and its calculated result on the server. Bazi and Zi Wei Dou Shu inputs include birth date, sex, calendar, a time period or precise birth time, time zone and optional birthplace. Other systems may use selected cards, numbers or the casting time. Without a system’s required information, that calculation cannot be completed; you can choose functions that do not require birth data. Do not submit another person’s private information without authority to provide it.
The separate browser Bazi calculator
The separate free Bazi calculator runs in the current browser tab without registration. Calculating in that tool alone does not save or send birth inputs. If you explicitly attach its result to a conversation, selected inputs go to the server for verification and a limited reference of calculated fields is saved. That reference does not retain the original birth date, time or coordinates or send those original inputs to AI. This differs from the main flow that creates and saves system results. Information you write in chat is still sent with your message.
AI generation, quality checks and providers
Relevant questions, conversation history, selected calculation material and candidate replies for review are processed through Microsoft Azure hosted AI to generate replies and check their quality. Multifate saves replies and necessary usage, failure and processing records. The implementation can also use Google sign-in, Cloudflare hosting and verification, Stripe payments and Resend email when configured; PayPal is not connected to this site’s purchase flow. The actual enabled services, processing locations, processing agreements, retention and model-training arrangements remain to be verified. We do not promise anonymization, zero retention or that providers never use data.
Access, browser copies and retention
Saved content requires the relevant account or browser credential. Anonymous access normally expires after 7 days; expiry does not mean all stored copies have been deleted. Cleanup of some expired, unclaimed anonymous results is implemented but needs operational verification. No uniform automatic deletion period has been verified for ordinary conversations. Content explicitly claimed belongs to that account. Drafts and pending-request information may remain in the current tab. Final retention periods for account content, original birth inputs, financial records, logs, backups and providers’ copies remain unconfirmed. We do not promise permanent storage.
Account export and data requests
Non-payment account export is implemented but has not completed formal activation and acceptance checks. When available, it covers supported saved Reading records, conversations and summaries, references, profile data, feedback, consent and clearing records. It excludes passwords, sign-in secrets and payment records. Prepared files are downloadable for 24 hours; download expiry does not delete source data. This account-data tool is not a verified membership reading-export benefit. Verified privacy contacts and a manual process for access, correction and requests outside self-service still need to be established.
Clearing content and deleting accounts
The current local candidate can clear conversation text, generated content, decisions you write and saved references. It first stops in-flight requests and returns the appropriate unused reserved allowance. Partial account clearing also covers optional display-profile data, stored session IP and device information, submitted feedback and server export copies. It retains sign-in information, language, consent and clearing records, financial records and entitlements, and questions and birth inputs in original results and Readings. A saved birth profile can be deleted separately, without deleting inputs already copied into earlier results. Partial clearing is not full account deletion or anonymization. A separate email-confirmed account deletion flow is limited to eligible accounts without financial records or other blockers and requires working confirmation email.
Other copies and outstanding arrangements
Financial records may contain payment email, payer identity and provider receipts and are kept with fulfilment, refund and dispute records; their retention periods remain to be verified. Clearing data does not cancel renewal or request a refund. Sent emails, original external profile images, backups, other tabs, downloaded files and providers’ copies are outside this site’s partial clearing action. AI processing already sent cannot be withdrawn. Full identity anonymization, deletion of original result data, external-copy handling, formal privacy contacts and a manual request process remain unresolved. Do not interpret this as complete deletion support for all private data.
